Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:

- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 7–15 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside of our control.
Incorrect Address
